Mount the Horizontal Stabilizer(HStab) correctly

Mount the Horizontal Stabilizer(HStab) to the rotating base via carriage bolt and large thumb screw. Crank down on the screw to keep it tight against the rotating base. Don't worry it is very hard to hurt the KingPANO. The picture here is how to mount the HStab. Align the edges is correct.
